How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Free UK Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days once dispatched, for an estimated total of 3–8 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
Can I return an item?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items. Your 14-day statutory cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is preserved in full. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
