Shipping policy
Effective date: 2 August 2026
This policy explains who sells and fulfils your order, where parcels are dispatched from, how the delivery service and estimate are presented, how tracking works, and what happens if delivery is delayed, damaged or unsuccessful.
1. Seller and fulfilment model
Your purchase contract is with Secure Payment Ltd, trading as Halsworth & Hayes. Secure Payment Ltd remains responsible for the order, customer service, cancellations, returns and refunds.
Products are sourced from suppliers in China and are currently dispatched directly from Dongguan, Guangdong, China to customers in the United Kingdom. Our registered office in Poole is the company’s legal correspondence address. It is not a shop, dispatch warehouse or returns address.
2. Current dispatch and returns parcel address
The current parcel address supplied to us for dispatch and eligible returns is:
Recipient/contact: Huhui
Address: 5th Floor, Elevators 5 & 6, Building 4, No. 7 Shajin Road, Shijinsha Village
District: Dalang Town
City: Dongguan
Province: Guangdong
Postcode: 523000
Country: China
“Huhui” is the current parcel recipient/contact name provided for this address. We do not present it as the legal name of a separate company. Secure Payment Ltd remains the seller responsible to the customer. Before posting a return, read our Refund Policy and contact us so that we can provide the current practical instructions and identify the parcel.
3. Delivery area
We currently deliver only to supported addresses within the United Kingdom. Checkout confirms whether delivery is available to the address entered before payment.
4. Shipping service and cost
Free UK Standard delivery is available only when the merchandise subtotal after product discounts is at least £135.01. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of £135 or less are not currently accepted. The delivery method is automatically withheld at checkout below that threshold. We do not currently advertise or charge for an express service. The service, cost and delivery estimate shown at checkout are the terms applicable to that order.
The £135.01 minimum is a temporary operational control while Secure Payment Ltd is not registered for UK VAT. It does not mean that VAT, customs duty or import charges are zero. If a technical error accepts an ineligible lower-value order, we will cancel and refund it before dispatch.
5. Processing and delivery estimate
After payment is authorised, the order is verified, prepared, checked, packed and handed to the delivery network. An order confirmation means that we received the order; it is not a dispatch confirmation.
The delivery estimate applicable to the customer’s address is displayed before the order is placed. It includes the estimate available to us for preparation and transit. Delivery dates are estimates unless checkout expressly identifies a guaranteed service. Public holidays, customs processing, severe weather, carrier disruption and peak trading periods can extend the estimate. Unless a different period is agreed with you, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days as required by applicable consumer law.
6. Carrier and last-mile delivery
The carrier and any last-mile partner are assigned according to the parcel, route, destination and service availability. We do not promise a particular carrier before dispatch. The dispatch email and tracking record identify the carrier and tracking service actually assigned to the parcel. A carrier or last-mile partner may change during transit; Secure Payment Ltd remains responsible for the order.
7. Tracking
After dispatch, we send the available tracking number and link to the email address used at checkout. The first tracking scan may not appear immediately while the parcel is transferred between systems. If tracking does not update for five consecutive business days, email contact@halsworthhayes.shop with the order number so that we can investigate.
8. Import VAT, customs duty and handling charges
Orders are dispatched from China and imported into the United Kingdom. The current checkout accepts only merchandise subtotals above £135 after product discounts. For these accepted consignments, the normal UK import VAT and customs rules for goods above £135 apply. The exact amount, if any, depends on the goods, customs classification, value and rules in force when the parcel is imported.
Displayed product prices do not include import VAT, customs duty or carrier handling charges. Unless checkout expressly states that those charges are included or prepaid, the carrier or customs authority may contact the recipient for payment before delivery and the recipient is responsible for the amount requested. These third-party import charges are separate from the amount paid to Halsworth & Hayes and can delay delivery if they are not paid. We do not add an undisclosed Halsworth & Hayes handling fee after purchase.
9. Address accuracy and changes
Check the recipient name, postcode, house or building number and contact details before ordering. To request a correction or cancellation, email us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but cannot guarantee a change after processing or dispatch has begun.
If incorrect or incomplete information supplied at checkout causes a failed delivery or return to sender, we may ask the customer to pay the reasonable cost of redelivery. We will explain and agree any charge before arranging a new shipment. This does not limit the customer’s rights where the failure was caused by us or the carrier.
10. Split shipments
An order containing more than one item may be sent in separate parcels when operationally necessary. Each parcel may have its own tracking number and arrive on a different day. We do not charge additional shipping because an order is split.
11. Delays, lost parcels and failed delivery
If a parcel has not arrived by the end of the estimate shown for the order, check the tracking record and contact us. We will review the available information and, where necessary, investigate with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer an appropriate replacement or refund.
If delivery fails because nobody is available, the address is incomplete, access is restricted or the parcel is not collected, follow the carrier’s instructions promptly. If a parcel is returned to the dispatch address, contact us so that we can determine whether redelivery or a refund is appropriate.
12. Parcels marked as delivered
If tracking shows “delivered” but the parcel cannot be located, check with household members, neighbours, reception or concierge staff and any safe place identified by the carrier. If it remains missing, contact us promptly so that we can request delivery evidence.
13. Damaged parcels or incorrect items
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, or an item is faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Include the order number and clear photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label and item where available. Keep the packaging until we confirm the next step.
Where an item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied, we will provide the remedy required by law and cover reasonable necessary return costs.
14. Returns destination
Eligible returns are sent to the current parcel recipient in Dongguan shown in section 2, not to the registered office in Poole. Return eligibility, notification, method, postage responsibility, exceptions, inspection and refund timing are governed by our Refund Policy.
