Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Halsworth & Hayes. This policy explains where we deliver, what shipping costs, and when you can expect your order.

1. Delivery area

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer international delivery.

2. Shipping service and cost

Free UK Standard delivery is available on all orders to eligible United Kingdom addresses. We do not currently offer an express service. The available service, cost and delivery estimate are confirmed at checkout before payment.

3. Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding United Kingdom public holidays. Orders placed outside business hours, at weekends or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day. An order confirmation does not mean that the order has been dispatched.

4. Estimated delivery time

UK Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Including processing, the estimated total time from order placement to delivery is 3–8 business days. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Dispatch and tracking

When your order is dispatched, we will send a confirmation email. Where tracking is available, the email will include the tracking details supplied by the carrier. Tracking information can take time to update after dispatch.

6. Delivery address and changes

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you need to request a change, email contact@halsworthhayes.shop as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after processing or dispatch has begun.

7. Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries

If your order has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery window, or if it arrives damaged, contact us with your order number so that we can investigate. For damaged, faulty or incorrect items, please also see our Refund Policy and Returns & Exchanges page.
