Our approach is centred on simplicity, consistency and clarity. Rather than chasing fast-moving trends, we focus on pieces intended to remain relevant across seasons and occasions.

Our Story

Halsworth & Hayes was established in 2024 with the aim of building a menswear brand around quiet, considered design. The idea grew from a simple belief: many customers want a more understated wardrobe, without the extremes of fast fashion on one side or inaccessible luxury pricing on the other.

We have chosen to build carefully and present a focused offer rather than a very broad one. Our collections are intended to evolve gradually, with attention paid to continuity, wearability and product clarity.

Our Approach

At Halsworth & Hayes, fabric, fit and finish are central to how we think about product. Material and care information is published only when it has been confirmed for the relevant item.

Exact fibre percentages are added only after supplier or manufacturer verification. If a verified fibre-content breakdown is not displayed on a product page, customers may contact us before ordering to ask whether that information is available. We do not infer or estimate fibre percentages.

Our Collections

We aim to work with suppliers and manufacturing partners that support the standards we expect for product quality and responsible business practice. We do not tolerate child labour, forced labour or any form of modern slavery in our supply chain and expect our partners to comply with applicable laws and standards.

Business & Fulfilment Model

Halsworth & Hayes is the trading name of Secure Payment Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We sell directly to customers through this website. Orders are prepared and dispatched by our third-party fulfilment facility in Dongguan, Guangdong, China and shipped directly to customers in the United Kingdom. Secure Payment Ltd remains the seller responsible for each order, customer service, cancellations, returns and refunds.

Eligible returns are sent to the current parcel recipient in Dongguan, not to the registered office in Poole. Approval and an RMA are not conditions of exercising a statutory cancellation right. Contact us for the current practical address instructions and so that we can identify the parcel. Eligibility, international return-postage responsibility and refund timing are set out in our Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Pricing

Our pricing is intended to reflect the product itself, including materials, make and overall positioning of the brand. We may from time to time run limited promotions or price adjustments, but any applicable pricing, discounts or checkout reductions will always be shown clearly before purchase.

The final contractual price is the amount shown to the customer at checkout.
