If your complaint remains unresolved, you may refer it to a certified Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider, to the Online Dispute Resolution platform of the European Commission at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or to your local Trading Standards service via Citizens Advice on 0808 223 1133. Any properly notified ADR process will be engaged with in good faith.

Halsworth & Hayes will never ask you, by email or social media, for your account password, your full payment-card number, your card's CVV/CVC, or your online-banking credentials. Legitimate emails from us come from the @halsworthhayes.shop domain. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from us, please do not click any links and forward it to contact@halsworthhayes.shop.
